Seminar om EASA regelverk i regi av Luftfartstilsynet

Luftfartstilsynet skal avholde et seminar om EASA-regelverket på Gardermoen i januar. Dette er en god anledning til å lære mer om regelverket og til å stille spørsmål direkte til foredragsholdere fra EASA.

The Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority is pleased to invite aviation authorities’ staff and industry representatives to attend the EASA regional workshop to be held at The Park Inn Oslo Airport Hotel at Gardermoen, Norway 15 and 16 of January. We look forward to welcoming participants from the Nordic countries as well as Baltic states.

The objective of the two-day workshop is to give the participants an update on the new aircrew regulation as well as regulation on air operations. The program will be as following:

Day 1 - aircrew regulation:

The program starts at 10.00 am.

1.Introduction – Development of FCL rules – Rule structure (30 minutes)

2.Cover Regulation (EC) 1178/2011 – Aircrew Regulation (30 minutes)

3.Part-FCL – content and specific issues (3 hours)

4.Part-ORA – content and specific issues (1,5 hours)

5.PrtARA– content and specific issues (1 hours)Atual other FCL related topics (30 minutes)

Day 2 - regulation on air operations:

The program starts at 9.00 am

1.Development of opinions - Regulation 216/2008 – Cover regulation (45 minutes)

2.Air Operations – OPS (1 hour)

3.Entry into force – Transitioning – Grandfathering - Conversion of AOC (30 minutes)

4.Alternative means of compliance (AMC) and AMC process (30 minutes)

5.Opinion 04/2012 FCL CAT and future FCL work (1 hour)

6.Volcanic ash (30 minutes)

7.On-going Rulemaking tasks

The presentations will be held in English by EASA representatives. Lunch will be provided both days.

Participants need to take care of their accommodation and travel arrangements themselves. The Civil Aviation Authority Norway is not able to cover for neither of them.
